Great location away from the busy part of the island. The facilities were nice - different lounger/bed options to chill out on; paddle boards to take out; nice pools. The restaurant was fantastic - great food (including a vegan menu), and really good staff. The room was nice and comfortable. Beautiful views out to the ocean.
Would stay here again, regardless of the less positive things I have written in the next section.

Our stay was pleasant. The staff is generally very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, not special but really well taken care of. The rooms were very spacious, next to the pool and towels and all other stuff was very good! Reception and check in/out was perfect and the pools were super clean and nice. Sunbeds at the beach were nice and pleasant. Location also good.

This hotel was AMAZING!!! Highly recommend! The staff go above and beyond to help you and are so polite. The room was amazing and super spacious. Location is great, super easy to get around if you have a golf buggy. Loved the pool and outside area as its right on the beach with a cute little bar with swing seats. The beach BBQ the hotel put on was SO GOOD! Some of the best steak and cray fish we've had! We would definitely stay here again :)

The hotel spaces are very pleasant, with open restaurants, a large garden with nice furniture, and an open bar. Good location, and practically the best spot on the beach, where it is cleaner and with little seaweed. Charming hotel, but not a 5-star one. We stayed in the standard room, and I found it better than the Tapanco suite, with more space, a wardrobe, and a large and pleasant terrace. The food is good.
Very relaxed vibe, breakfast was good and loved the location. We had been pre warned that it was 5 Star Holbox style and the staff balance luxury with a laid back approach well. Room was beautiful and comfortable and the staff were very accommodating of our needs. Gym / yoga was great.
Town is a simple 10 minute walk and if you time it right you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and starry nights. The walk was a welcome party of our nightly outings..
The glamping is absolutely amazing. About six small huts with private bathrooms and pretty hamacas in between. The owner was very nice, gave us loads of tips on what to do on Holbox. The location was also great, about 10 mins walk from the ferry and very close to the center and the beach. It’s not meant to be a 5-star hotel but a glamping, so I don’t really understand some of the reviews here :)
The property is very clean close to the beach and close to the center. A truly 5 star service from Guillermo who was absolutely great, amazing customer service and very professional and kind. Definitely I will go back and I recommend it. Thanks again Guillermo to make my stay so pleasant!
Amazing view overlooking beach/ocean - perhaps the best we’ve ever had. Great staff, Lena was very helpful and the 2 chefs did great breakfasts. Location was superb, close enough to town centre but slightly quieter end of the beach. The pool/relaxing area was great too. The rooms were super spacious.
This place Is very nice, and we got a good price, because of an offer, but this place is defintely not a five star hotel! The room was great, the bathroom nice (hot and strong water), but you dont get what you expect from a five star hotel. Still an overall experience, but dont be blinded by the five stars.
