The Manager, Venkatesh, what a guy, made sure that I was comfortable all the time. As a Backpacker, my living standards are too low, but this place feels like 5 star hotel for reasonable price. Room has AC, comfortable bed, wifi is fast. Venkatesh helped me lots of stuff, i missed my bus, he let me stay at the property for 13 hours without extra charge than for a day. Arranged meds when i was sick and couldn't move. Loved this place.

Staff is very friendly and nice. They accommodated us really well with details, organising our travel to rameshwaram and our general well-being. Also helped us with my dad who had mobility issues. Food was very good. Such nice breakfast spread. Chef was very friendly too Special shout out to Janani for nice conversations and giving us travel advise

The property is excellent and very quite. Its located on a hill in the middle of the city but is very peaceful and huge. We loved the rooms and the staff was extremely courteous. The breakfast spread was excellent an the service was very prompt at all times. We had dinner both room service and buffet and loved the options available. The room service and dinner buffet prices are very high as expected in a 5 star property.

The rooms with attached pools were excellent however we thoroughly enjoyed using the main pool which was beautiful. Our 3rd trip to the Heritage Madurai which was so far the best. The restaurant and bar have come back up to 5-star standards after COVID.

It's too high pricing for the facilities provided by the hotel ....no parking facility for customer. No security guard . Non co operative staff . Unhygienic rooms . Double the price ...equals to five star hotel . No restaurant and food available. Pictures about hotel showin on google are not correct . False projection . Don't recommend it to anyone , even to your enemy .
