Sai homestay is one of the best homestays at Madikeri. I'm giving 5 stars for it's location and the price mainly. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and spacious. My family felt happy for the stay. Host was very much concerned about our needs. Only drawback is I reserved for 10 guests which includes a child, but there were only 4 cotted beds altogether in ground floor and 1st floor. Also we were provided with 4 singles beds (without cot) so, it helped. I highly recommend sai homestay, best stay at reasonable price..!!
The accommodation is great. It’s well decorated, the room is very spacious and bright. The hospitality given by Adel and his team was 5 stars. We were able to spot loads of wild life around the hotel. The restaurant food is great and affordable. The pool is a bonus!
The houseboat was awesome first of all, 5 stars for the crew. They were very helpful and kind. Lunch is traditional kerala style which was delicious also north indian style at dinner. Had a great time. Thankyou for a wonderful experience. Will surely suggest family and friends. Cheers.

The staff were exceptionally efficient. The front desk assistant helped us get a taxi within 2 mins. The cook arranged our breakfast out of serving time. If you like to be in the middle of Nowhere, and like to stay in a premium property, and like nature - Flora is the place. - The property is very artistic in design. - Rooms (eps. 209) are massive, a true feeling of luxury - 5 Stars for service - Food is great too. ** Carry your own alcohol as there is none served at the property and no nearby place to buy. Also all rooms no smoking. All in all a great experience.

Superb hotel. Could easily be a five stars hotel. Room is simply fantastic. The bed is by far the best and most comfortable bed I've ever slept in in India, including 5 stars hotels.
