Exceptional apartment from decor to cleanliness and comfort. Couldn't give it any less than a ten and would highly recommend.
When the accommodation is just as important as the destination, a five-star stay should give that extra ‘wow’ factor as you enter the lobby. Location excellent. Property superb. Outstanding attention to detail. Excellent facilities. Every need catered for. Comfy bed. Quiet, well sound insulated property. Slept very well. Much better than expected all round. Personal and friendly owners/hosts with impeccable taste.
Ann was an amazing host and the property was a real home from home, we wanted for nothing. On arrival all the basics were provided, tea, coffee, milk and bread, there was even a very welcome bottle of wine and beer in the fridge. The owners aim is provide a 5 star experience and Ann most certainly achieved that. We will definitely stay again - thank you for a wonderful, comfortable stay.
This is a well-appointed traditional hotel in a superb location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and made our short stay more enjoyable. Our room was nothing short of luxurious, with a fabulous bathroom and a wonderfully comfortable. We plan to come back for a long weekend this year.
Beautiful house and garden, amazing breakfast and superb rooms, great atmosphere! The staff is very friendly and helpful to recommend places to visit in the area. We were also given the opportunity to make specific requests for our breakfast, which made for a luxurious experience! The Richmond suite is absolutely beautiful and has a breathtaking (bathroom) interior. We left the place with thankful hearts.
The accommodation was superb, the complimentary toiletries in the room were 5 star, the food was exceptional and the staff were so very professional yet friendly and nothing was too much trouble, a very pleasant weekend no complaints at all.
