I loved this hotel and my children loved the Frozen themed room. I felt it was fun but elegant. The toddler toilet and sink were absolutely perfect for my little boy who I was toilet training. The quality of all fixtures and fittings around the hotel were fantastic and staff were friendly and accommodating. Excellent location just a very short walk from the beach. Amazing discount at the ice rink too! We thoroughly enjoyed! There was a lot of work going outside hotel but this did not disturb. We’re looking forward to seeing how it improves next time we go. The warm thermal water in the pool was fantastic. My parents stayed in an apartment, which was outstanding. The food was the best I’ve ever had from an all inclusive in Europe- delicious and varied. We’re looking forward to returning!

Spacious and luxurious rooms, great food, room service and spa center. The sea view from the balcony is awesome. The garden with the hotel pools is very beautiful too. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby ( cape Kaliakra for example ) and the beach at Albena is one of the best on the Black Sea coast. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is fully aligned with its status. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beautiful sea view through a panoramic window. Delicious breakfast and dinner (buffet, every day there were exclusive seafood). Polite staff. No noisy music after 10 p.m.
