From the staff at the reception, restaurant, spa, all of them were kind and nice, everyone was always smiling, willing to help you with anything, the location is exceptional, especially the rooms with sea view, the bed exceptional, pillows were the best, breakfast and lunch were very good so overall was superb! We will return here as quick as possible. They had also great deals for Christmas and New Year!

The hotel is fully aligned with its status. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beautiful sea view through a panoramic window. Delicious breakfast and dinner (buffet, every day there were exclusive seafood). Polite staff. No noisy music after 10 p.m.

Spacious and luxurious rooms, great food, room service and spa center. The sea view from the balcony is awesome. The garden with the hotel pools is very beautiful too. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby ( cape Kaliakra for example ) and the beach at Albena is one of the best on the Black Sea coast. I highly recommend this hotel.
