Located 500 metres from the tranquil Ardra Lake, The Arches Farmhouse B&B is a luxurious, County Cavan hideaway. The property boasts scenic gardens, magnificent panoramas, and has crazy golf and a tennis court on site. Lovely setting, Pearl is a lovely host, both she and her husband made us feel really welcome. Great breakfast with beautiful home made bread and jams, make sure to try the scrambled egg it was amazing!
Athy
A Georgian farmhouse in the Kildare countryside, Moate Lodge near Athy provides individually designed rooms and a full breakfast menu. This dog-friendly guest house is around 1 hour’s drive from Dublin and offers free parking and Wi-Fi. It was a lovely house with nice owners ! The breakfast is amazing and very good ! Well done Mary!!! Raymond is full of knowledge and gave us a lot of advices to visit Irland ! Warmly recommand

This is a lovely farm-stay in a rural location and horses. Very relaxing.
The Ring Farmhouse was just perfect for myself, my wife and son. Quiet and private, but close to town. The hosts were friendly and very pleasant and helpful. The room was spotless and the home-cooked breakfast was top notch. We were visiting from the States and felt very at home at The Ring. We’d definitely return!
My stay at Moate Lodge was great! It’s a beautiful, old (18th century) stone farmhouse on a working farm. The hosts, Mary and Raymond, are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and the full Irish breakfast was delicious. I would gladly stay again!

Niamh was an attentive and gracious hostess and the breakfasts, cooked to order and at the time we chose, were exceptional. The scenery was beautiful and we were welcome to walk around and enjoy the animals and paths on the Farm. Niamh gave us local tips on where to go and where to find certain things we needed in town, which set us up for a very lovely stay of 4 nights. We will remember the Farmhouse if we are back in this part of the world!
Breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed walking down the lane in front of the farmhouse and the cows / bulls in the adjacent field!
Peaceful farmhouse property ideally located close to Rosslare port with good dining opportunities within walking distance. The lady who checked us in was kind enough to recommend a great restaurant and give us a lift there. Huge quality breakfast.
Old farmhouse. Very large room
Beautiful Farmhouse clearly lovingly restored by Niamh and her husband and done up very tastefully. The bedroom was cosy and warm with a very comfortable bed and lovely bed linen. We had the use of a sitting room, lots of water, tea & coffee making facilities in our bedroom with fridge and microwave - delicious cake on arrival too. The breakfast was also fab with a beautiful view across Blessington lakes.
