The breakfast is excellent, the lady at the reception is very friendly.
You can rent bikes for free. A bike ride to Grado is highly recommended. The drive is short and offers wonderful views and nature.

A lovely place with friendly atmosphere - the owner was really kind and helpful. The room was simple and functional - but very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good (and not only Italian breakfast with sweets) - and the restaurant itself is really charming. We could not try the restaurant for dinner as it was closed on that day when we arrived - but the owner recommended to us nice places around to go out. The neighborhood is more than nice - you can have great walk alongside the river just in front of the house.

We stayed at the property for a night while travelling to Genoa. So we couldn't enjoy much the agriturismo part of the property. I belive it's very nature friendly property allowing wine lovers to enjoy to the best. The staffs were super friendly and the massionate + apartment we booked met our needs.

When you wanted to have something else that was not available you can ask and in most cases they can meet your wishes .

Agriturismo Olistella is a very nice place to stay. The host, Flavia, was very helpful and generally nice, willing to prolongue the check in time. The breakfast was delicious, with many things to choose from.
Everything was perfect, nice, clean, comfortable. It is open space, so perfect for family with two children. The sleep place for children is quite high, so be aware of that, if you have really little ones. Our daughters (12,15) were excited about it. Mrs. Anna and her husband Mr. Paolo were so caring, they prepared us the best breakfast we have ever had in Italy. They told us about history of the farmhouse, showed us beautiful corners of it, as we were so interested and excited about it.
Very nice welcome with a small welcome drink. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were very spacious and clean. A lot space for family of 4. Despite being next to a busy road, we did not hear anything inside so isolation was very good. Small playground for the kids and the property has also a reataurant you can taste the wines of the agriturismo and have a bite in the cantina. Really nice.
What a very quaint little place to stay in the middle of a farming community. Very quiet location and great for a good night of sleep. Friendly staff handled my late arrival without any issue. Nice and simple breakfast.
The feeling of the farm is very nice.
Two levels appartments was a surprise for us. The big room downstairs is very cosy.
