The location has a unique character which surprised us once we got there.

Casa di Anna is a hidden gem for lovers of eco-friendly farming and/or travelers with disability. It lies in a just 20 min drive from Venice, but in a quiet and rural area just outside of town. It is a small place so a lovely place to relax. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff is really friendy. The breakfast was wonderful. As a person with disability I think this was a perfect match.

Although on the edge of town and close to Marco Polo Airport, the accommodation is practically in the middle of the peaceful countryside. There is a parking space in front of the agriturismo, and the rooms are clean, spacious and pleasantly furnished - a real luxury compared to hotels in Venice itself. After a pleasant rest, we were treated to a breakfast varied enough for such a small hotel. The staff are friendly and ready to help and explain everything. All the procedures were clear. I have never stayed so comfortably in Venice.

A large clean comfortable apartment. The owner was very friendly and helpful, gave us plenty of information on visiting Venice. All details were taken care off, including mosquito spray.

We stayed at the hotel for a stopover. I was amazed by the exceptional quality of the hotel be it inside or out. The staff were amazing. We got to Marco Polo airport at 11pm called for the shuttle and they were there within 10 minutes to pick us up. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as we had limited time but overall we were very impressed. Would definitely stay again next time.

You can immediately see and feel there is a family business and they care about any small detail related to the guests comfort. Great host. Excellent beds. Excellent location (if you have a car to visit Venice). Decent breakfast. Nice yard with playground for the kids. Safe and comfortable parking.
