not often I could say this about check in in the hotels of Indian. We ordered food from their restaurant.
It was very tasty. I liked that hotel had spacious room and bathroom. Sound isolation in room very good. To my pleasant surprise room had also ironing board and iron :). Also I liked that room has big windows you could see city at night. I would definitely try also other location of this hotel branch.
The receptionist is looking like burgers and not qualifies for reception lifestyle and act as a deep rural village guy and not dress sense as well appearance too bad and smelling.
It's a charming house. Old rustic actual vintage feels.. also you hv to be prepared for staircase floor bathroom to be olden types.see my pics for reference . with Chennai humidity, single celing fan was not enough to be comfortable in the room....
The room was clean and they were kind to switch my room to a better option. The food was quite nice. I loved their branch in Pondicherry, but the Chennai branch is not as comfy.
Loved the rustic look of the building! Sitting in the courtyard was so grounding, and every corner of the place is beautiful.
The water pressure was decent, and the room stayed cool enough even with Chennai's humidity
Rooms comfortable. Staff very obliging. Manager courteous and helpful . Rooms are clean . Clean Linen changed regularly .

They ensure that you will get each and every promised amenities and superfast room service after checking in. Also, the food was fresh and there were acceptable food options for muslims like egg, pulse, bread and tea.
There are plenty filtered water available infront of the door. So you don't need to buy that.
