The staff were courteous, right from arrival till our departure, despite the facility being full due to a wedding ceremony.
The room was well appointed and had the necessary comfort creatures. We had requested for a baby crib which was also provided.
The service at the restaurant was good and prompt. Room service was good as well.
Food generally tasted good, especially the local fares.
Housekeeping was good and timely.
Our 11 month old definitely loved the ducks & the chicken/roosters on the farm.
Fantastic rural India experience in a resort facility. Super food! Fresh and served hot! Rooms are beautifully designed with traditional Indian rural architecture. We enjoyed all the activities- games, pump set experience, field walk, milking the cows and more. A must visit if you are on holiday to Chennai!
The traditional layout and design of the resort and the buildings are beautiful and a joy to experience, as was having the view of the rice field and the surrounding country side. The pool is excellent, good size and the waterfalls are a nice touch. The farm animals are great and add to the whole experience. Breakfast was excellent, as was evening meals. The restaurant staff where excellent.
