This recently renovated apartment is located 200 metres from Te Ti Bay Beach and less than 1 km from Paihia Beach. There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Location was excellent and the apartment was very comfortable and well equipped

When Booking the Deluxe Double with Sea View and Deluxe Twin Rooms the Guests will have their own Private Space which includes their private Toilet and Private Bathroom.

We only Rent our Rooms out to up to two Guests (Own Toilet and Bathroom) or A Family (2-4) Shared Toilet and Bathroom ) Or a Group of Friends (2-4) ( shared Toilet and bathroom) Incredibly nice hosts. Helpful and friendly. Plus they gave great travel advice. Beautiful grounds and location. Very clean room.

I loved everything about this place we will definitely stay again an again room numba 4 is the best room to have and when we do stay again it will only be in room 4

The unit met both my budget and requirements, which were comfort and good wifi so that I could work. It was close to town so I could easily walk everywhere. The staff were friendly and helpful, including accommodating my late check in and an additional night’s stay, due to a change of plans.

Facilities include flat-screen satellite TV, hairdryers, iron and ironing board. Love the cottage feel. Comfortable with everything needed. It was close to a cute town with places to eat. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Guests enjoy a spacious free parking area and a BBQ area on request. All accommodation features free Wi-Fi and private cooking facilities. Excellent location, clean and prestine indoors and outdoors. Quality appliances. Had everything we needed. Exceeded our expectations. Our hosts were lovely people. Definitely staying here again😁

Each apartment has its own patio and terrace with barbecue facilities and beautiful gardens. All apartments are individually decorated and come with fully equipped kitchens or a kitchenette, flat-screen TV and a CD/DVD player. Our stay at The Bay of Island Beachhouses in the All View Suite was everything we hoped for. The accommodation was very upmarket & the views were amazing. The pod coffee machine & the Weber barbecue were nice touches. I also appreciated being able to do a load of washing in the machine provided. Being able to access our apartment via our own elevator was a novel experience. Wish we could have stayed longer.
