Great value family hotel in lovely neighbourhood. Room was comfy and well equipped mini kitchen, which was super useful. I hardly saw the family but when I did they were friendly and helpful. Gorgeous roof terrace!
The hotel is a gem! It is in a great location, very quiet and safe. The interior garden and restaurant are lovely. The breakfast was just perfect. Our room was a suite, with separate bedroom and living room with a futon. It could easily accommodate a family with two young children. There were very good black-out blinds to keep the room dark. The front desk staff were extremely friendly.
The location was great the staff was really nice. The price was excellent and overall I rate it a 10/10. Definitely a good nice, friendly, family hotel!
My family (myself and my 2 children aged 12 and 15) were really comfortable at LaiLa Hotel. Our room was good size, impeccably clean (cleaned everyday), good location near to lovely restaurants and cafes. Nice to have the gym on top floor. We didn't use the restaurant as there were so many lovely local places to explore, that were easily accessible walking. Lots of staff who were really attentive when asked questions, but as there were often a large number on front desk, it could also be intimidating to ask questions.
As a family ( two children, age 13 and 10) we booked the room with doubles beds. The room was convenient, pleasant shower and complimentary amenities like coffee, bottles of water and a range of shampoos. We especially enjoyed the breakfast. Abundant fruits, yoghurts, pancakes, but also rice, chicken and eggs. Nice place to sit as well. We also want to thank the friendly staff of the hotel for arranging the daytrip to Teotihicuan. Very much recommended!

We wanted to stay at a location which permitted us to travel around Mexico by plane so stayed at the airport which was perfect. We also wanted to avoid multiple taxi rides to and from other hotels mainly to avoid taxi travel at night time for safety reasons which The Airport Hilton provided. The staff were exceptional in looking after us. The concierge, Diego and Dante made every effort to make sure my family which included and elderly mother and 2 year old child were safe at all times. The reception staff were also helpful including Karla.
Penthouse feeling! Extra service provided by organization with baby crib. Warm welcome by host upon arrival! Excellent communication though e-mail and WhatsApp.
