It was a perfect stay for one night before your next flight. The reception staff was ok, could have been more polite, but the hotel is pretty and rooms were clean.

The hotel feels very luxurious, and the rooftop with different seating areas made our stay that much better. We had to catch a flight at 10pm, and we were able to spend our entire day at the rooftop after check out. The beds were super comfortable too and the food was great!

We took advantage of the free airport shuttle, since the beginning staff were asking us about our stay and if we needed assistance. We went to a concert in Foro Sol and it was the perfect walking distance to avoid traffic and waiting times. Loved that it's located over a plaza, it helps to kill time when needed, grab a snack or go to the movies.

Luxurious family room, very clean and spacious. Ideal as a short stay hotel to go to your next destination. Easy shuttle service to airport. Delicious food in restaurant, nice terrace/bar outside. Located in shopping center, difficult to find, so if you enter shopping center, left side at the back you have the elevator to go to the hotel.

The hotel is amazing, it’s located inside a shopping mall with lots of offers for food and drinks. The room is very spacious, clean and modern. I also recommend their buffet breakfast, it was delicious althought a little bit pricey. Staff was super kind and friendly, great customer service. Hotel offers a shuttle service from and to the airport, and when there’s no car available they will arrange a taxi for you for free.
