Lots of things to choose between and different dishes every day. You can choose your own omelette and pancake. There was also consommé with totopos. The room was clean and spatious and the bathroom very convenient with warm water and good pressure. The beds were so nice! You sleep like kings and queens, almost like Tempur-madrasses. We loved it. Coffe, tea, water in bottles and snacks around the clock. The staff was very friendly and made attention to all our needs. Close to a Metro and right in the middle of the city. Close to many major attractions.

This location is so great for the price. Almost everything was a short walking distance. The neighbourhood was very authentic and had many families, dogs, kids etc. I would be careful turning right when leaving the hotel at night (end of the street is a little bit dodgy). The terrace outside our room on level 3 was really lovely and pretty with festoon lights etc. Optional daily house keeping was nice if wanted.
The location is incredible, there are a ton of great places to hang out right outside, and the room itself was really suitable for a family, we were able to put the baby to bed and then stay up in the dining area of the room. Really nice bathroom as well.
We booked a family room, it had 2 separate bedrooms which was great, travelling with 2 adults and a 4 year old. Great location, in the middle of Roma Norte. Funky modern design.

The staff were helpful, The Location was safe , The Price was very affordable and the wifi helped alot as I was able to connect with family and friends. The calm music set a friendly and comforting atmosphere.
The staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect. We arrived super early in the morning with a toddler and they had our room ready with a crib so we could relax. The breakfasts were incredibly good, fresh fruit and juices and exquisitely prepared dishes. The building and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and very well kitted out.
We wanted to stay at a location which permitted us to travel around Mexico by plane so stayed at the airport which was perfect. We also wanted to avoid multiple taxi rides to and from other hotels mainly to avoid taxi travel at night time for safety reasons which The Airport Hilton provided. The staff were exceptional in looking after us. The concierge, Diego and Dante made every effort to make sure my family which included and elderly mother and 2 year old child were safe at all times. The reception staff were also helpful including Karla.
