There's a pantry with enough utensils, stove, washing machine + dryer (even detergent is provided). Coffee machine can be used for free, located at lobby area. Easy late check in process, also reception was very helpful in arranging yamato. English speaking receptionists are appreciated. Coin washing machines and dryers are also provided in public area (lobby floor). Would be great if there's a light breakfast.. but no complain here as the room rate is already great..

Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. Guests can find a private hot spring bath and Japanese restaurant on site. Everything was absolutely amazing, the staff was great and incredibly welcoming. And the room even had its own Super Famicom! It was easily one of the cosiest stays we have ever had.

They served the real kaiseki style meal which consists of variety of local products. The onsen is up to the standard. We booked the private onsen room which is nice but the public one will serve all your needs.

We chose this hotel because we landed at 10 PM and wanted to be able to get to the hotel fast & hassle-free after a very long flight with 2 young kids, plus queuing at immigration. It was a great choice for the night versus taking a taxi and paying the night surcharge to central Tokyo, in our opinion. The hotel has a free bus shuttle from Haneda, which runs late into the night, is clean, modern, has all the amenities, including pajamas, and the staff is very helpful and polite. Next to the hotel we easily found a 7/11 and a Lawson for late night snacks or breakfast. We had 2 connecting rooms, space was good for 4 people and we had a good night's sleep. No jetlag the next day and we switched hotels to central Tokyo with no issues, in daylight and refreshed.

We arrived at hotel very early morning. The staffs can not find our reservation because we had maked a reservation late night befor. But they solve this ploblem with professional and we can access to our room very very early morning without any charge. Very helpful Staff and very clean and comfort hotel. Lawson on G floor.
