The breakfast was so clean and fresh. In room onsen was so good after walking around the lake and before the check-out to refresh you.

Modern & stylish Japanese house with Mt Fuji view. Can see Mt Fuji from living room/garden and every bedroom. Very well-furnished and classy. A fully-equipped kitchen with a kitchen island. Suitable for couples/families and with kids. My 60-ish mom and teenager kids were so satisfied. Fabulous!
The place is ok, but kinda boring there’s no activity at all. Hope they have a little playground for kids, or any activity to make it more fun to stay. Plus the room has lots of hair on the side of the bed and on the bathroom.
Absolutely beautiful view of Mt Fuji, just as advertised - uninterrupted and exclusively perfect view. The place is huge so you can visit as a family or as group of friends. The place looks as advertised. It is also within walking distance from the bus terminal to the accommodation but you will need to lug your luggage on the road.. so if you have heavy bags and travelling with young kids, it may be better to drive.
Love the location, 2 konvini store (7-11 and Family Mart) & good amenities. Nice view of the fuji and we also get the chance to view the fireworks from our bedroom window. The room also big enough to cater for us with 5 kids. Staff service and hospitality is excellent
Spacious and comfortable accommodation for a group of friends or family with children. Fantastic staff, great communication, and prompt responses and help leading up to our stay. Lovely small range of local gifts and beverages in reception area. Shuttle in the morning handy on the days we didn't have a car. Highly recommend adding on breakfast for convenience. And a cook your own BBQ dinner one night for the experience. Such good views of Fuji-san from our roof top.
Located just across the road from the train station this was just the perfect spot. The guesthouse is a big tatami room above the family restaurant with a shower and toilet downstairs The futons were the comfiest we’ve had in Japan and loved the little blinds divider so we could separate the kids and adults at night, like 2 little rooms. No cooking facilities as such but had access to hot water and a microwave. Good hot shower and heat pump kept us warm in the cold winter days. Great stay, highly recommend
It is a full size cottage, with full view of Mt Fuji! The rooms are very clean and definitely one of the highlights during our family trip. The owners(Sister team) had been great and friendly, providing board games for kids, and also pointed us to a Resturant patronise by locals for a great dinner!
Great location with a fantastic view of Mount Fuji. My family of five stayed at the Grandvilla for 3 nights. We rented a car near Kawaguchiko station and it was a short drive to the villa. There are supermarkets, a laundry as well as restaurants nearby and they are all easily accessible. My kids had fun with the bonfire too. Good place to stay especially with a larger group, but note - there is only one bathroom (not a problem for us).
The room is comfortable and clean, facilities are still new. It's cozy espeicially when the whole family gather around to have BBQ. Well, they also have bicycles, if the kid is 5+, it'd be fun having a ride. You can even watch Netflix, Hulu, Amazon :)
Spacious, very well equipped and baby friendly! every room has a projector, so entertainment for kids is no issue. Kitchen is amazing for cooking for large groups too. Place is abit secluded, but we enjoyed being away from the station.
