The staff were all extremely helpful and made us feel truely pampered throughout our stay. A special thank you to Vikram in the JW Kitchen who made our stay extra special and one not to forget - he really went above and beyond! The hotel had a great variety of different food (all very delicious) and we also loved the gorgeous pool and generously sized gym. Overall this hotel exceeded all our expectations. We will definitely be back if every visiting Goa again, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional hotel experience.

My brief stay was extremely comfortable. I ended up spending time in and around the property - there is lots to do for everyone. The restaurant has a deck overlooking the sea - the view from there is beyond brilliant. The food and the cocktails are also highly recommended.

The free bicycles were a great help and it was fantastic to ride around the area on the bicycle. For trips further afield I was able to rent a scooter and that was arranged through the hotel and was affordable too.
