Located near both Calangute beach and Candolim beach, this hotel offered an ideal location for beach lovers. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly made my experience exceptional. From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel, I felt like a valued guest. One of the highlights of my stay was the homely breakfast served each morning. The staff made sure that everything was fresh and promptly replenished, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Great location just 3 minutes walk from Main Street, restaurants, taxis, bars. Most of all the welcoming you get from the staff. I have to thank Rosie for her generosity during my stay. She done everything for me and went over and above to make my stay pleasant. Always active through WhatsApp with quick replies of anything is needed. WiFi is great Will come and stay again for sure.

I bet that no one can beat This 3bhk Villa in terms of facilities and Rate. Despite of near to the beach the rates are very normal for everyone. 8 person can stat in 7500 is not that much big. you will have the best lcoation. Calangute and baga beachs are just 1 KM from there. W loved the Pool area Free wifi, Modern Kitchen, fridge inside the room itself to keep ur beers chilled what else one want while coming to Goa. The Place is totally safe for Girls and Family. 3 Room boys are there all the time to keep ur rooms clean

This was a new property here and we booked it. The interior of the Property was so good and lovely that you can stay there for months. its a huge and specious. gorgeous Villa it is. The care taker is so nice and caring. Calangute and baga beach are on walking distance and you dont need to take your vehicle for it.

We stayed at this property for 3 weeks, and it was perfect for us. We are a couple in our 60's touring South India and wanted to enjoy the beach, shops restaurants and bars in North Goa, and this was the perfect location for this. The apartment is on a secured complex which previously was a luxury hotel, now all privately owned/rented apartments mainly by Indian families. First impressions are a little worrying as you enter the grounds, as the pool is now derelict and no longer in use. We had no issue with this as the apartment was well presented, clean, and fully equipped for a long stay The owner kept in touch most days to ensure we were having an enjoyable stay and if there was anything we needed. I commented there was no toaster and a brand new one was delivered next day. One bedroom with double bed and AC Lounge with balcony, great sun trap! Bathroom and fully equipped kitchen inc. microwave fridge freezer, gas hob and washing machine. Also water filter so no need to buy drinking water. All rooms have paddle fans to keep cool. The apartment is cleaned every other day by Mr Shabbir who does an excellent job. Make sure you visit Zicos restaurant behind the apartment. We would highly recommend a stay here and we would not hesitate to return.
