Staff was always smiling and very responsive. Even before I arrived they communicated well through booking.com. place was clean, location was walking distance to late night food and bars and beach. Towels were very plush and large! Bed was comfortable.

The property is very large with ample space for 6 people. Each floor has its own lounge and balcony. The property itself is of a very high spec with a great finish and the swimming pool just adds to the overall feel of luxury that we felt staying here. The property comes with its own butler, Kundan who was amazing and got us anything we needed. Also a special mention to Raj who cooked us some lovely Indian breakfasts which were part of the package and handled our check in and exit. Two lovely guys who helped make our stay so great. Sadly we were only there for a few days. I would recommend longer!.

This is one of my favorite hotels in the world. And I’ve been around a lot. The Westin Goa has the best staff ever, super comfy rooms, amazing shower, comfy bed, the restaurant is insanely good and with a very fair price. Me and my girlfriend spent 5 nights there and we didn’t want to leave. We barely left the property because it was just so cosy. The atmosphere of the place is so inviting. The spa also is so good, we went twice. Also fair price. I can’t recommend more.

Guru was really nice and helpful, we needed help with ordering food since the app didn’t verify international number and he let us use his number. Also the woman running that place, my friend had a food poisoning and she gave her some kind of drink that helped her immediately. Location is good, beach is near. Possible to rent a scooter from Guru which was really convenient.

I liked everything about it. The location,the rooms were beautiful and had a fridge and a balcony /verandah to sit.It has kept to the old Portuguese feel to it which is very charming. The pool and gardens and the surrounding grounds are constantly kept tidy. Mostly I liked the staff who were so accommodating through out my visit till departure. The rooms are cleaned everyday as long as you leave your keys on the table in the foyer.
