The room and house were impeccable, but the best aspect of our stay was without a doubt our hosts, a very nice family that welcomed us with exceptional attention from the start and with whom we shared a great breakfast and an interesting conversation. Nice and quiet village perfectly situated to explore the surroundings. Very nice personel, and the breakfast was enormous! The room was big and cosy, and the bathroom was perfect. Very short way to Rathcroghan, the Celtic site with enthrilling excavations and information about Ireland in prehistory. Many places to visit within a short drive, which suited us very good. Definitely worth a visit!

After a family friends passing we where called to Galway - we wanted somewhere close to the event as possible and found this beautiful little B&B. Doris was more than accommodating when it came to late check in and early check out - we got a lovely breakfast served along with a story of how the building was built and how old etc it was.. we do hope to return one day on better terms and thank both Doris & her husband and the staff for making our quick trip FANTASTIC :)
