Everything was just perfect at Kate's place. She's got beautiful home, big kitchen with nice breakfast everyday that follows your needs (alternative for milk etc.) and home-made bread! We could use the terrace with a view just on trees and there was no problem to come back at any time.

It’s beautifully done, so well equipped and played out for a small but beautiful space, plenty of room for us and our two kids. Owners kindly provided a cot, high chair and kid friendly bowls etc.
Amazing location for a family vacation. Our kids had an amazing time far from London’s crowded play grounds. Such a great experience, definitely going back soon
The property was neat and very clean, it had a private backyard. The kitchen was fully kitted out with everything needed to prepare meals. There were games for kids, including a foos ball table. The property seemed newly renovated. There is an additional guest loo downstairs. The property was very tastefully decorated, yet still child friendly. A pleasure to come home to!
Our family had a fantastic time during our stay. The onsite facilities were top-notch and provided everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. The lodge was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable and at home. The owners were also incredibly helpful and always available to answer any questions we had. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect family vacation.

fabulous for 2 families to get together and very family friendly with lots of toys and ‘games area’ for kids. this property is literally in the heart of bourton and you are able to experience the village post 5 once all the tourists have left!
Great location, close to restaurants and shops. Clean room, good facilities of the hotel. Went to the pool at the gym, they weren’t very “child friendly” (said they wanted us “in the car park by 3.45” which was the end of the session but was nice for the kids to have a swim after a long drive. Breakfast was good quality.
Nice van on a lovely family friendly site, well kitted out and convenient for cotswolds water park and surrounding area. Pool facilities are great for kids.
