The room was nice and clean, very warm!
There was tea and coffee in the room, and the breakfast was amazing! Not just a generic buffet but a proper breakfast! Coming from a different country I was stoked to have experienced some traditional food for breakfast at the hotel. Everyone was very nice to us, and I loved that the house has a history to it.
WiFi was good and fast 😀
I was looking forward to having a bath, and if you're like me, please note that not all rooms have them, and booking doesn't recognise it. Luckily, we got help immediately 😁

Nice collection of DVDs available! Great wifi and great breakfast. The hosts are really nice! We will be back!!!

Location as attending family funeral
Very spacious, clean property with all amenities included, kids enjoyed the jacuzzi, two dining areas one in kitchen, extra toilets specially if you have a big family, we were family of four so did not use all the extra rooms, convenient location to all places, shops, beach, castle. The owners were kind to keep the heating on for our arrival, and prompt in their replies.
Though we checked in at 2 am, we received a warm welcome. The staff was very friendly. We stayed in the family room, all 5 members. Perfect for the families.
The tipi’s had everything you needed, very comfortable beds, perfect location, very family friendly site with plenty to do for little ones and lovely helpful staff throughout the site and park (special shout out to Ellen who made us feel very welcome). Would highly recommend and will be returning soon!
Friendly, helpful owners. Family run and very dog friendly. Food good value but also delicious! Great little bar with good atmosphere. Both tourists and locals. Fun quiz night (came last!!). Central for town and beach, both walking distance. Convenient little supermarket 1 min away.
Great stay, perfect for our needs (meet up with family, visit Bodnant, Snowdonia and area). Excellent value for a one night booking. Quiet location, near enough to shops and restaurants, plenty more within a short drive. All as described, spotless, easy parking unless you're driving a tank, all arrangements and communications without hitch. Recommend!
Small family friendly hotel close to the pier and arcades and only a short walk into the main centre. We had the top floor family room which is actually quite big with a full bathroom. Lots of stairs though so no good for disabled as no lift. Breakfast was served at the Post House hotel just down the hill which was excellent food. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return
the property is small but done us great as a family of 4, perfect base for a weekend/week of fun! property was well equipped with toaster, hob and pans provided, fridge and all cutlery and plates/bowls. Parking right next to the property but if you have a child in a pram or are elderly (or pregnant like me) you might want to rethink as the hill from the pool/bar/entrance to the property is quite big. pool area and bar was really nice with games room for the kids. I would definitely stay on this site again.
The chalets we stayed in were very clean, cosy and spacious. It was better than I’ve expected. Everything you need for self catering were available. The dishwasher was a great help, especially we were a big group (with kids). Very family friendly site. The location is so close to the town and Tesco is 5 mins drive. It’s an accommodation I’d recommend and will definitely book again!
