The place was lovely and clean and it had excellent amenities, just as described: hot tub, sauna, steam room, and recreational room with dots and billards. The layout was very inviting to have family time. We also got to meet other guests staying at the guest house. The location was also very beautiful on the lake. They had canoes and paddle boards available for the guests. This place is a hidden oasis. Absolutely lovely.

Barbara is amazing! Lovely to communicate with before & during our stay. Location is so peaceful & welcoming! There was even a chocolate cake & treats for our puppy when we arrived. Self checkin which was great because we are 3 1/2 hours away & didn't arrive until after 10. Barbara was understanding & there was no rush!
Definitely go back but for longer!

Fabulous hidden gem on the heart of guysborough. As you arrive you are grated with a picturesque house on gorgeous green grass, overlooking a majestic ocean view from a privileged elevated coastline. The house is beautifully decorated and has a fully equipped kitchen. Quite large bedrooms, comfortable and clean. It is a great getaway that feels like home. The best: enjoy a cozy family night by the fire. Ideal small group / family. 2 large bedrooms.
The owners were very kind, I was the only one staying there and they went out of their way to make me feel like family, even packed me a boxed lunch for work.
The staff were exceptional and friendly. The restaurant served delicious food. The fish and chips were HUGE! They were extremely friendly with my two children, letting them have their own table, even playing Disney music for them during dinner.
The theme rooms were so much fun! We stayed in Room 7 "No Drama Llhama" and had "no prob llhamas"!
loved the room, the decor & facilities. had everything we needed for travelling with a baby. the view was amazing.

Staff willl do all they can for you, our house didnt close on time and without a roof over our head they upgraded us to their cottage in case we were going to be there for a while at no cost, they had accomodated another family whose house fell through for 2 months. The owner Margitt will go out of her way to ensure your needs at met.
The location was perfect, near the family we were visiting. Excellent view and the room was very clean and comfortable.
