My recent stay in Montevideo was made exceptionally pleasant by my decision to rent an apartment instead of a hotel. Mirta and Alberto's property proved to be a perfect choice. The two-story apartment was well-appointed, comfortable, and ideally suited for both work and leisure.
The apartment's independent layout provided a peaceful workspace, complete with a desk and reliable Wi-Fi. Its central location made it easy to explore the city, adding to the overall enjoyment of my trip.
Mirta and Alberto were exemplary hosts. Their warmth, friendliness, and constant availability made me feel right at home. A particular highlight was the delicious daily breakfast, featuring a delightful assortment of Uruguayan delicacies.
This experience has undoubtedly raised the bar for future travels to Montevideo, and I wholeheartedly recommend Mirta and Alberto's apartment to anyone seeking a comfortable and authentic stay in this charming city.

The staff was very friendly amd helpful, the rooms were clean and the bed was really comfortable. The room I stayed was spacious and had a good view of the neighborhood and the river. The location was good, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and a shopping mall. It is a bit far from the old city but it is a safe and beautiful neighborhood and it was easy to go around. The breakfast was OK, too.

Location is excellent, near restaurants, the Villa Biarritz park, and the "rambla", the avenue that runs along the Montevideo coast side. Rooms are fine, albeit a bit crowded.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Never have I stayed in a hostel with such a hospitable owner before. Annette really made us feel welcome, and it was super nice to meet her family as well. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and we had a really good stay.
The apartment was well-furnished and it had a functional and well-equipped kitchenette. Towels and bedding were pleasantly scented. The internet connection was surprisingly fast. Although the immediate surroundings left something to be desired, the port and historic city center were conveniently just a short walk away.
The bad and matress were prefect - big, comfortable, just perfect
The room was big, with a nice balcony and view
The bar in the topfloor was fun to sit in
Spacious, comfortable room. We very much enjoyed the sauna and the pool, which we used to cool down from the sauna!
The location is very central, close to several attractions and museums.
There is a small functional kitchen in the apartment, which is a real bonus. Staff recommend us a fabulous restaurant, which we loved.
We’ll definitely stay here again when in Montevideo.
I've stayed at a whole lot of houses and apartments with Booking and this was absolutely one of my favorites. The house is one of the two most stylish I've seen. Lots of DIY attention to detail. The roof terrace is fantastic. For those with small kids, there are lots of great things for them: books, toys, baby gates, the swing by the kitchen! My kids are bigger now, but I really appreciate seeing all of it.
BREAKFAST was awsome, the pool really nice and quiet, the rooms were confortable, the stuff really friendly. Restaurant was tasty, Location was ok if you get there by car, very functional the direct access to the shopping mall. There was a really famous restourant just across the street (flor 40 th) but we didnt go there because we where travelling with small kids, but people really recomended it. Pets are allowed, we took out dog, 10/10 to this hotel.
The room was big enough for a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 baby).
The terrasse allowed us to eat and relax outside while baby slept inside. It also gave us quick access to pool and parking.
Size and comfort of bed.
Overall, the facilities were pretty and clean.
Our room was big enough for a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 baby).
The view on the lake.
The bed was comfortable.
The location was great to get to the airport fast.
