She had a great sense of humor, was warm, attentive and gracious. The location of the hotel was good. The Plaza de Armas was a few blocks away. I stayed 1 night, and it was comfortable enough. Breakfast was good as well.

In the heart of downtown Montevideo, 1 block from the buzz of 18 de Julio Avenue, Oxford Hotel boasts an ample lobby with stylish furniture and marble floors. Wi-Fi is free. This was my second stay at the Oxford Hotel and I must say that on both occasions the service was excellent, the room and the hotel, in general, were very pleasant and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. Excellent option to stay in Montevideo and great price-quality ratio. Highly recommended.

Located on the heart of the city, facing Independencia Square, Radisson Montevideo Victoria Plaza offers stunning views of Harbor Bay. The King bed suite was awesome, on the 17th floor overlooking the harbor. The breakfast was almost cruise ship caliber, so many choices. The pool was unbelievable, the hot tub, the games room, the jogging track. There is everything here. The service in the restaurant was also excellent.
