The house and the location were exceptionally beautiful! The house has everything you need and is just next to a very beautiful orchard. Baia Sprie is close to the Gutai and Maramures mountains, but you will need a car to drive to the beginning of the hiking trails. Last but not least, Bogdan is a fantastic host! Everything. The owners were very kind and speak English, so we did not have any communication issues. The parking lot next to the casa is large, so it is not an issue to park a car or van. The casa is equipped with sauna and jacuzzi, so we were very happy to use it. The ladyowner also prepared us a breakfast. It was healthly and tasty and gave us enough power to wander all neighborhood and look at all landmarks.

We were here in the end of February. We spent here 4 fantastic days. It was snowing for more than 2 days. The nature is beautiful. Lovely family, lovely house. Everything was fantastic, the rooms, the foods. The village is about 20 minutes to Cavnic. You can skiing and have fun.
The fact that it is almost secluded. It's the last home before you enter a mountain forest. There are enough parking places for all the travelers. It has a nice garden where you can hang out with family or friends and have some beers/barbecue. The room was big, the bathroom very clean. There was some tea, instant coffee, plates, cups, a kettle, a big fridge (i can't remember if it had a freezer as well). The owner is very polite, receptive and straightforward.
