House was really nice, good size kitchen, very big living room, nice bedrooms, plus covered 'outside dining room'. It was Feb, so weather was cold, and the house does not have central heating (normal in this part of the world). Nice wood stove with as much wood as we wanted, plus some electric heaters. Pans, cutlery, plates etc all plentiful. Host very nice, spoke Portugese and FRench; had someone to help with english speakers.

The villa was fantastic and the pictures don't really do it justice. Amazing views from the terrace, the pool was perfect and warm too! Clean & tidy and the host was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were all comfortable, nice temperature and easy to sleep in and everything was as described. Would definitely go back again.

Well, the location is perfect, right on the Camino route and across the road from the historic, mediaeval fort/ walled city. The reception staff were so helpful and friendly, offering restaurant advice and even printing something I needed. The room was very spacious, with a balcony and a wonderful bath to soak in( lovely toiletries provided too). The buffet breakfast was the best so far, with a wide range of hot and cold food choices. A very busy hotel, but obviously because it is so good.
