The best description for this hotel is UNEXPECTED WOW. The first moment when we arrived in the lobby we were a bit confused because it doesn't look like a typical hotel lobby, you will see ;) The team welcomed us very warm-hearted behind a little desk and our stay started with a personal tour through the hotel. At this moment the UNEXPECTED WOW just started. The interior is very stylish, a nice mix between Portuguese urban chic and Scandinavian style. In almost every corner you will find some nice and personal details. THE ROOFTOP, it's so beautiful there! During our stay we checked out some rooftop bars and for us the Three House has the best in Funchal. Even if you are not able to stay at their hotel you need to enjoy some sundowner drinks there and then have dinner at their restaurant - a wonderful culinary journey through the world (make sure you have a reservation, especially on weekends). Before we arrived the team sent us a welcome message via WhatsApp - nice easygoing and personal communication. They offered us to arrange a transfer, which was a nice service. The team always made sure we were feeling comfortable and sometimes they left personal notes in the room for us - it was so sweet. The hotel and the room were always super clean. Every morning they left us (guess at 9am) a little bag with some fresh and warm pastry at the door. So we started every morning in bed with croissants, espresso and a stunning view above Funchal - how amazing is that?! And the location is perfect, you can reach everything by foot. So if you want to go to Funchal and they have available rooms - book it! Dear Three House Team, THANK YOU SO SO MUCH for everything. Wonderful stay! Super clean condo with everything I needed including cookware, plates, laundry detergent, and some basic toiletries. Bed was comfortable, AC worked great, and water pressure was great. I used the washer/dryer combo which was great to have in unit. The condo is located 50 meters from a grocery store, which is very convenient. Also nearby is an ATM, shops, restaurants and cafes - right in the heart of downtown Funchal. The property manager was very helpful/responsive. I paid for parking and it was worth it - great, private lot. There is an elevator in the building which is good for luggage. And the area/building were very quiet. I was on the street side and barely heard anything outside. Highly recommend. Will stay here again if in Funchal.

The place is great! The rooftop spacious apartment with great terrace and the view. It has all the necessary amenities for cooking and cleaning, the welcome treat was also a nice surprise. Central location but quiet at night.

First of all really good view from balcony. clean apartments, easy to access. Private parking if you have a car, local bar nearby, can walk to city centre in 1 hour.

We loved the apartment! The best is the view of the city and the terrace. But also there are two bathrooms and kitchen fully equipped. It is close to the city center. You have to walk to the hill, but this is normal here. The communication was great. Definately recommended.
