Jarvis was an outstanding host, and the apartment was large and comfortable. And Abigail kept it very clean, which was a luxury. We really liked the pool.

The place is wow,so comfy and accessible to almost all amenities. We realy enjoyed our stay there.Pavilion suites the place to be.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The room (family suite) we had booked wasn’t available during check in so we got an upgrade to the paradise suite for our whole stay as compensation. It was a great sized room for us and two children.
The kids loved the waterpark.
The food was good throughout our stay. I’d suggest more variety though.
Front office were very responsive before and during the trip. Brenda was very helpful during our stay.
The life guards at the pool were very attentive when it wasn’t crowded.
Everything described on the app is exactly what was there. very beautiful home, convenient location and very private . Great team of staff too. Very family friendly too
Babysitting! and kids activities !! Sharon (at the kids club) was very helpful with the kids, everyday they have a set of activities for the kids at the kids club. The kids loved it there and also had loads of fun at the aqua park and pools . gave us some US time to explore the spa ! . the kids even tried their hands at some sand castles at the beach. it’s a public beach though, and the tides can get pretty low, that makes it quite dirty with lots of seaweeds , otherwise, it was great.
