As booked I got a sea facing room a few meters to the beach. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Susan at Guest relations, dining staff and accommodation. The hotel is also walking distance to Yuls and the Italian restaurant La casa de Nico.

During check in I arrived early and excepted checking and 2pm. I was checked in at 5pm and the rooms kept being swooped to different rooms.
During the billing of the facility, I was very stressed because of being gave different pricing if even after discussion and agreement of total price. When paying the the total amount I was send an amount and because I had difficult paying through link, I went complete the payment at receptions and within 1 hour of the being send through link and me requesting to complete payment at reception the total price had increase by 500 US dollars. So I requested an explanation it was not convincing because pervious day we had discussed add on person and fact that I didn’t get the room I had booked superior double for 1 and standards double for 2. But I was given Standard double for 2 and standard double for 1 .
The whole experience was distressing and felt like the cashier was incompetent, you can’t send through link on the same day minutes different the price change going up by 500 US Dollars.
This experience had a negative impact to my holiday.
I would not recommend other people to the hotel.

I liked that the staff were friendly and nice.
It was also nice to relax at the pool and the glass boat crew was nice.
The food was ok, maybe a few more options would be nice.

The accommodation has everything my Hamilton needed for a trip with two young boys. Staff were always helpful and place were clean. Hot shower and AC are working well. The room was equipped with a proper kitchen with oven / grills, microwave and large fridge (this is great advantage for a family with kids!)The restaurant in the compound is one of highly rated bistro in the area. Their Kiswahili food was amazing flavor. It was very close to kids entertainment like parks, nice beach and other large hotels with water slides etc.
Very spacious and a beautiful home for family or friends. The breeze from the ocean at the balcony is heavenly. Host was always reachable for any inquiry/help.
I’ve stayed in this hotel more than seven times and the first time was when I was a child with my family. So It’s the nostalgia that brings me to it.

The accommodation was on the ground floor right next to the beach and the swimming pool for the children. Ideal for families with small children.

All the staff throughout the hotel, restaurant, pool area and bars were excellent - polite, friendly and helpful especially Margaret on the reception desk!!
The restaurant for breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner gave a great choice with attentive staff - so helpful.
Bedroom was spacious and modern with a lovely view to the sea.
Evening entertainment was fun and very special.
The rooms are clean, hot shower is available, and room service is carried out daily. They also have family entertainment every evening. The food is good. The hotel is a few metres to the main Malindi highway and can access nearby malls easily. The swimming pool is clean and there is a pool attendant every day or you can also jump straight to the beach. It's a family-friendly place to stay.
The staff, esp., #Grace/Animation Team with the children, they have an excellent end year programme for the kids which means you can relax as a parent (Similar programme available for adults). The GM, #Tuva also ensures you are well taken care off.
The apartments were nice and we'll maintained. They were spacious and had an AC and TV in each of the rooms. You could see the beach from the balcony though most balconies are pool facing and not sea facing. They had a baby pool and a play area for kids which was amazing. Pool towels were also provided.
