Great way to travel from Osaka to Kyushu. The ferry had an Onsen on board. Dinner buffet was great! The bunk bed were spotless clean and had privacy curtains and there were only 2 per aile. They take you on a free shuttle from the ferry port to Kitakyushu station.

Close to the metro station and grocery/convenience stores. Beautiful authentic vibes with nice modern touches. The dining area and tatami rooms brought back my childhood memories in Japan. The decoration in the garden was so cute. Fun amenities are provided e.g., Netflix, Nintendo Switch, mini-bar (even tea ceremony sets), etc. The bathtub is big - it took some time to fill up. Overall, we loved staying here and definitely would come back.
