A wonderful comfortable place to stay. Our first night stay for 2 weeks drive around in Kyushu. It's a regret that I couldn't book a night for our return trip. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed is clean and comfortable.

Everything is perfect. I love the hotel. Highly recommended. Of course the pool is a bit small if you compare those in South East Asia. I think it is a plus in Japan

The location was great as it is near to Nakasu Kawabata Station, which is a pretty central area to hold up in. The room was very clean and tidy. Comfortable pajamas was also provided which was quite unique. The room was also considerably spacious. We also did laundry with the hotel and the experience was very pleasant. A very nice selection of welcome drinks was also offered upon our check-in, which made a very good impression on us.

Easy access, silence at night, comfortable for families too. We travelled with our toddler, and we had a small private room with a bathroom, it was perfect for us for one night. The walls are thin, but luckily we did not have noisy neighbours. The staff was good, they have a lounge area, kitchen, luggage storage.

The staff was incredible, nice, funny, and helpful. The downstairs bar and shared space was a great place to hang out, meet people and get travel advice, as well as having a nice cup of tea or a drink. The room was big enough for our family, for a very affordable price.

It’s our 2nd visit and I think this hotel is so friendly to children. My daughter was happy about the bath in room, the kid’s breakfast n the lollipop after the public bath. We would like to come again. It’s better to drive here n they have free parking.

Room size is adequate - the triple bedroom for our family of 2 adults and 2 children is a good size. Washing machine and bathroom drying function is a great addition. Simple cooking can be done to satisfy the smaller picky eaters. I like that the table is a proper dinner table height and not coffee table height.

It was a family trip with baby.. We reserved twin size bed and the baby crib. The room still is large and the baby still has space for climbing and walking.

Near by Tenjin and Nakasu area. You will enjoy this area if you are looking for drinking and night life. However, I don't think it is ok for family with children. It is a very typical business hotel in Japan, everything is clean and functional, but just small (it is Japan!) The room is quiet, but with no view at all. If you want to base in Hakata and traveling around Kyushu, the ideal location for hotel should be JR Hakata station.
