Beautiful and traditional ryokan that provides a great experience. The staff was accommodating and offered shuttle to the monkey park and shuttle back to the station during check out. You are invited to wear your yukata (if you want) during your stay to make the experience is more traditional and other guests also wear the yukata in the hotel. The onsen was very good and we also had a lavish dinner and breakfast. This is such a lovely place, definitely somewhere to go if you are looking for a traditional Japanese experience. We wish we would have stayed longer!

Wonderful owners, felt like home in a traditional ryokan. The owner was kind enough to drop us at the train station early in the morning. Enjoyed the hot spring bath as well Owner is a sweet guy who will give a free ride to Snow Monkey Park as well. He send us off with a lucky charm ribbon

Ryokan staff were very friendly and helpful. Private Onsen was great. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The traditional futon beds are really good to sleep on. Really worth it!
