Big rooms and we had the small balcony with a table and chairs, it was nice to sit outside to smoke and relax.
The hotel is by the beach of Cala d’Ambra which is a plus. Nice swimming pool although we didn’t use it.
Stella and the reception staff are great we were looked after very well.

Loved having a secure car park, being close to San Teodoro town (few mins drive or a 30-40min flat walk) and a few mins walk to La Cinta beach. The room was spacious, had a fridge, kettle, bath, air conditioning, and a little shared courtyard which where enjoyed some limoncello ☺️

The room interiors are excellent, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms just fine, with very good water pressure from the shower. The evening buffet, including wine was, in contrast to the room, very good value.

The accommodation was clean, not far from a beautiful beach. It has a nice reception area and a terrace with a pool. The staff is kind and helpful.

Hotel is close to the beach and we had a sea view room. Clean, modern but also quite basic. Good value for money though. Located around 30 min drive from / to airport. 15 minutes walk into town with plenty of restaurants and bars. Main clients were families with toddlers and young kids so expect some level of noice and drama - LOL. Nice breakfast buffet.
The residence is very close to the city center of San Teodoro, which means you can easily reach it on foot in 5 minutes. However, it is not directly in the center, which makes the location somewhat quieter. The apartment is on the upper floor and has a small balcony. It is functionally furnished with a parent and a children's bedroom with a bunk bed. The check-in was quick, and the manager was very friendly and helpful.
It was fine overall but if travelling in the area again as a couple I'd stay at San Teodoro village. It's more a dated family resort than a place for couples
I had booked this hotel a while back. Then on reading some of the reviews I had contemplated changing hotels. I am glad I did not. The biggest thing is the location. It is a 5 min walk to La Cinta beach and a 16 min to Cala Brandachi beach. Both really beautiful and very child friendly. The town center is a pleasant 15 min walk away with plenty of restaurants and shopping.Breakfast is typical of what you will find on the island. Yes things to run out but staff are quick to replenish.
We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful, traditional and unpretentious property run by two brothers from San Teodoro. They put lots of effort every day to make their guests feel like at home creating the real family atmosphere. We received plenty advice re local attractions, been treated to some local drinks and got a breakfast to go on our last day. On top of that, everything was really affordable, the stay itself and the snacks/drinks from the hotel bar. Highly recommended - Sardinia is a hidden gem on the tourist map of Europe.

Family friendly, especially with small kids - playground, terrain to walk around, some animals in the surroundings. My son's words as soon as we started our stay - "wow, it's beautiful" just unforgettable. super friendly and positive staff, amazing breakfast, the best we've had during our entire trip to Sardinia. Highly recommended. It's a shame that we could have only stayed for one night. Thank you for hosting us.

it’s a great location, a couple of minutes from San Teodoro centre. The pool and garden area are lovely.
The hotel owner was so helpful to us, arranging us taxis, lending us a baby car seat and a high chair for our terrace. Very friendly family run hotel.
