They were super communicative about check-in, gave us amazing dining recommendations, sent us to the easiest and cheapest place for our return Covid tests, and also arranged safe, affordable, and reliable airport transit for us at 3 am on our departure day. They made our short time in Rome an absolute delight and a breeze!

The rooms are on the 4th and 5 the floor of the building very close to shops and many interesting sights.
