Everyone was polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is a bit away from the main road so it's exceptionally quiet there. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

To begin with, we got really late at night after the Darshan and we were picked up right from baanganga late at night around 10:50, the driver’s working hours were till 11pm and we had one suitcase in our previous day hotel reception which we had to pick up and the driver was kind enough to stop at that hotel and help us pick it up despite his working hours almost over.
After we were dropped off at Tulip Tree Hotel, we had a smooth check in experience and headed straight to our well cleaned, ready and very spacious room along with a spacious attached bathroom which was definitely a plus.
The kitchen was closed but we were hungry so we asked if we could be given warm milk and the staff got it from outside and served us warm milk at around 12, which was commendable.
The staff overall was so polite and helpful that made us feel very comfortable as the prompt and quick service makes the experience so easy and stress free
The food also was really good and not expensive and the best part was that they took great care of the special cooking instructions that we gave them
I hope they keep up the good work and service in the future too.

I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at the Rama Trident, Katra. The hotel is located in the heart of the city which makes it very easy to visit spots like Jammu, Banganga, Mata Vaisnodevi which is ideal for the pilgrims and travelers.
The hotel is family friendly. The moment I arrived with my family I was warmly greeted by Rohit Raj, the receptionist who ensured that our stay was comfortable .
His exceptional customer service truly made a difference in our stay.
The room has a good mountain view that was very refreshing every morning. The room was well maintained and equipped with all the necessities.
The room service was prompt and efficient and the food served was delicious it had both varieties and quality.
The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Additionally the hotel provides taxi services which makes it more convenient for the guests to travel around.
Overall, I had a great experience staying here and would highly recommend anyone visiting Katra for pilgrimage or just to explore the area then you can definitely stay here with your family or friends.

I really enjoyed my stay with my family. A special thanks to your night duty FMC manager-Mr. Vijay Kumar and his team members like Ravi, Shivani, Poonam and Ashok. They were extremely courteous, and friendly. They themselves came forward and offered good services!! Lovely team!! Will definitely visit again. The property is very big and kids' friendly. A lot of swings and Badminton court added feather to the cap!!
Property was beautiful, had a dedicated children playing area. Pool was small but there was a separate small kids pool, so for parents this was blessing. Pool incharge was also good n took good care for all kids visiting the pool. Arun,Amar,Nirdosh,Anshul( driver) everyone was good.As a parent of small kid i look at the comfort level of my kid and they made sure to cater all my kids need be it food or play. I booked Premium room.
As they tagged as 'Affordable Luxury' in absolute true sense. A mid-range hotel with all good facilities that satisfies the inner us with great pleasure. Every penny I have spent here worth! Be it a family or solo, this will be the best choice in mid-budget trip. Temple and Bus stand is nearest to this room. Staffs are responsible and helpful. Toiletries are provided :)
