The hotel has a unique ambiance which allows you to soak up the experience of being so close to the sacred Bhavan. Although we travelled alone as a family of four from UK, each staff member went the extra mile to make us feel relaxed, informed, nourished and supported in a very professional manner. Our taxi driver Tarsem helped us with the logistics; Vaishali In reception coordinated everything and ensured that our needs were met, for example interconnecting rooms; Sandeep and the amazing Chef provided a sophisticated & tasty dining experience; we had rejuvenating massage after the yatra from the spa. Our teenage boys enjoyed the pool and games room. We spent quality family time together and made lots of memories.
