Off the main road so quiet but easy to get around by walking. I had an issue with the first room (smelt a bit musty) and they immediately put me in a different room. This is an Indian (local) hotel but I felt very welcomed as a westerner.

The property is well located. The rooms were perfectly clean and no issues at all. Excellent wifi and amenities. Breakfast included Veg items which helped me as I am the only veg in the family of four. Ours was a family visit. Excellent staff who guided us very well. Friendly and very helpful staff. Room rent were excellent and our family holiday was really wonderful. I have stayed four to five times and came with that experience in mind and they did not disappoint. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all visiting Goa.
It was an awesome stay for me. The new year the happy new year I have spent with the staff of Octave Rococco morjim.. room is with balcony and sea view there are no comments about room and bathroom.. the manager Mr manju has a kind heart and very helpful throughout my stay. Mr Girish also helped me with needed things.. overally an excellent stay I strongly recommend this hotel to family friends couples and specially for solo travellers..
Seems to be a new property which offers three-star value at very affordable price. After canceling my booking at a neighboring hotel due to poor maintenance, I opted for this one and had a truly pleasant stay. Friendly staff, they helped me book an airport drop-off early morning. While there is no restaurant attached to the property, there are several nearby, which makes it convenient.

The property is in excellent condition and is well-maintained. I had a great time when I was there, and everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I would love to come back here. I'll tell my family and friends about this.
This hotel not having single quality of Fab hotel chain. Rooms were very dirty, bathrooms were not in condition to use. Tv not works, you will find cockroaches, lakdi kida every where in room.
This room is not made for family, friends, or business executives, they are made for cockroaches only.
Please do not book this hotel if you want value for money stay.
