Despite of near to the beach the rates are very normal for everyone. 8 person can stat in 7500 is not that much big. you will have the best lcoation. Calangute and baga beachs are just 1 KM from there. W loved the Pool area Free wifi, Modern Kitchen, fridge inside the room itself to keep ur beers chilled what else one want while coming to Goa.
