What can I say. The young receptionist called Elena (I think that was her name) was friendly and helpful and funny and her English was impeccable. She described in detail the exact explanation on the maps of the old city. Thanks to all the staff. Also Dora who gave me a leg massage. All the employees are extremely friendly and polite, especially Mr. Roko at reception and also all the staff at dining area.
