Everything! Loved that you could use the spa during the stay! Nice staff, rooms are nice and modern with cool amenities. Breakfast was also good although I would recommend putting a coffee machine with different options.

The Hotel was near a big square with lots of restaurants and, though it has no bar or restaurant, it has great bakery 10 metres away for breakfast treats. The staff were extremely friendly and gelpful. Altogether a lovely experience.

The location was excellent for old town Split. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the shower(s). We were met by the owner and taken to a free parking space, which was a great bonus. It was really good value for money.

Appartment location was great. We had a lot of fun at the beach which was very close. Nice restaurants within 100m radius and supermarket. We are travelling with 3 kids and thereof one teenager. Everything went really well and she enjoyed the beach and the accomodation.

The apartment is near the beach, spar shop and some restaurants. Vedran, our host, was excellent and was always available if we needed assistance. The location is right in center of split. Split city center mall is right in front of apartment. We were the first guest to use brand new property & owner Silvana was the most kindest person i met in Croatia. She made sure everything is well arranged for kids & family. Home is equipped with brand new & modern equipments. I Will highly recommend families to consider this apartment.

Very friendly staff! The room is large and everything was clean. For the first time I meet such an interesting arrangement of rooms (2 in 1). Just perfect for a family with small children! Parking right next to the hotel, breakfast is excellent. Stayed only for a night, did not have time to appreciate the pool, and did not walk around the city much. But we get a very good impression of the hotel!
What can I say! Everything is Perfect!!! Big space for family, awesome view, facilities were great. Kitchen is nice to cook, big TV for the kids, toilets were great and the washing machine and dryer came in handy. Great place to stay for families. Best if you have a car as you have private garage covered by rain. Thanks and will definitely stay again
It was our next visit in Split (this time with infant) and we've never experience such well equipped, clean and great located apartment. We got baby crib and high chair for baby for free and even snacks and drinks as a welcome gifts. Josipa - host, is the best, she cared about us all the time. Once again, thanks Josipa for amazing time❤️
The apartment kitchen was fully equipped with the necessary cooking utensils. The air conditioning worked well and the location was just ideal for a family with small children. My family thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

The flat had all facilities I managed to cook for kids pasta 🍝 and used coffee machine washed clothes after beach 🏝️ day out we will come again next visit.
lovely design, lovely aesthetics, clearly the proprietors have put a ton of work into making the space beautiful. the pool space was quite nice (although sadly overpopulated with british children, which was a surprise to the owners as well, as they apologized profusely with snacks after the two families refused to get their teenagers to stop doing cannonballs and loudly wrestling).
The hotel is at the good location some 20min walk away from the centre. It’s nested between several residential buildings so very peaceful during the night. There are several family friendly restaurants and the beach really close by. Staff were really polite and friendly and breakfast was plentiful and nice. Pool is pretty small, but we (family of four) were there with only one other couple so that didn’t bother us. Kids loved splashing around on a hot day and we felt truly relaxed.
