Location good, in the middle of the old town. Breakfast is okay, you choose from a menu and they bring it to you so it's not like a self service all you can eat type of thing. Parking is around 100 m away from the place. Room was clean and we had no problem with it. I have to mention the bartender Miro, who welcomed us nicely, served us in the restaurant and brought the happy face. If it wasn't for him we would give a lower grade.
We stayed two nights.

Nice apartment, comfortably fit the 6 of us. Centre of town was walkable or a short Uber or cab fare away. Lots of local attractions and cities close by with many activities.

I had to travel to Osijek with my family because our family member got in an accident. We had to book accomodation in the last minute and had to manage everything in the following ways. I cannot describe how understanding and empathetic the owner of the place was. She took care of every detail, even when I messed up the booking for the second stay of ours, she gave a full refund and was incredibly cooperative. I can only recommend this apartment and cannot be grateful enough !
Cute apartment located in a calm and green area with no traffic around. Pretty convenient for a family with kids (playgrounds, promenade). Apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short stay in Osijek.
The location was perfect- in the center of the town and near the river with all sightseeing! The hostest was nice, usefully, friendly and all the time she was in touch with us. We were family- parents with two children.
The flat is modern, perfectly located (in the center, but in a quiet area), and the baby crib was great (our son loved it). A special mention for the welcome gift: some baby food for the kid.

Everything was perfect. This place is comfortable, has everything and anything one might need, is located in an area close to restaurants and supermarkets. The neighbourhood is full of families and children. The host is very nice and always avaliable to help.
The apartment is so stylish and beautiful. It is very clean and has a great location in a peacefull area. The place is very good option for a family vacation.
It is very well equipped, the kitchen has everything that you will need. The whole house smells wonderfull, toiletries and towels and bed sheets smells amazing.
Marlene was amazing host, very nice and caring. She waited us with sweets, vine and beer.
Everything in place. A well equipped place, with the owner ready to jump in with specifics. Like a feeding chair for the baby. Small things like socket child protectors if you need them, plenty of dishes, cutlery. It's a freshly renewed place, and they did a good job at it.
Location is awesome as a base, cause you can set of walking avery day, and reach a ton of places trough some nice parks and lanes. Really no need to start the car if you're not traveling out of town.
