The staff were superb. They couldn’t do enough for you and even when our daughter was unwell, they helped out and checked on her for days afterwards. The pool was lovely. Room was clean and very spacious. We will definitely be back.

Quiet and luxurious resort. Although high season it felt spacious and quiet. We were upgraded to a villa which was exceptionally beautiful and comfortable. Took us some time to find our way around but buggy cars are always available. Customer service is of the highest quality. In contrast to previous reviews, food on the half board option was very good and varied. The private pool was the jewel in the crown and we enjoyed it day and night. Used our rental car to tour around and had great shopping in Agios Nikolaos and fun canyoning in Sarakinas gorge. I found the eastern part and coast of Crete much more to my liking. Definitely would come back and stay longer

Location and the staff. Everybody is very friendly and nice. ...except the manager guy at breakfast. He has a weird over-friendly style. The restaurants were very good.

The apartment itself was fantastic, everything had been carefully thought of. The air cooling system was a god send along with the jacuzzi and of course a washing machine for the endless beach trips! The arrival basket of food was amazing and contained all that was needed for the first days. Our host Mike was very attentive and made sure everything was super easy and comfortable for us. The location itself was perfect for our family with the shops and tavernas in easy reach and the beautiful beach just across the road. So many amazing memories and can't wait to return!!

Location is perfect, near Plaka Beach and Aios. Lots of rooms and different spaces for a large family. Great pool and garden area. Surrouned by nature, located in a very small traditional village. We really loved the villa. Was perfect for the kids and us. Also great value for money.
The host Francesco was super helpful and responsive, really a good point has we had some questions before our arrival.
The house has a stunning sea view, it's really gorgeous from the terrace day and night. It's also equipped with everything for babies/kids (bed, high chair, toys, books etc).
