Apart from the lovely surroundings of the apartment and the fact that it is very close to the beach what stands out is the obvious attention to details in the building and the room itself. The views from the room was breathtaking and the terrace absolutely perfect to sip your morning coffee. The rooms are fully equipped and with lovely details such as the lighting fixtures, wall design and small decorations that make the whole room feel more homely and not a generic hotel room. I was particularly impressed by the attention that was paid not only to the rooms but also the overall building - night time views even more so. You can expect great value for money here and enjoy your stay and the lovely aesthetic not only of Crete, but also the hotel itself.

We stayed 4 nights in June 2024. The hotel is very modern and clean, the location is in a quiet area, 2-3 minutes walk to the beach and to the tavernas, 4-5 km from Agios Nikolaos.

Excellent property, recently revamped and maintained very well by Olga, who made an effort to meet us, explain the parking and even the nearby Cretan attractions, restaurants and beaches. The swimming pool is nice and secluded from the road, the wifi is excellent (Unifi equipment) the accommodation is very spacious, and the view over the bay is fantastic.

The service was top notch. Everyone was helpful and answered any requests we had. We had half board and though previous comments said that the food was not good, I beg to differ. The breakfast was ample with lots of buffet options (hot and cold) as well as the menu (you could order omelets, and other items off the menu). Frappes and Fredo espressos were not problem. The setting at breakfast was beautiful overlooking the pool and ocean. One of the previous comments said that there weren't any Greek offerings at dinner. Being Greek-American, I thought the inclusive dinner options did a great job with an overall selection to appeal to everyone as well as classic Greek and Cretan options. Obviously, if one truly wants a true Cretan dining experience, then I recommend eating off property, but we ate both nights we stayed at the resort, and we all greatly enjoyed. I've been to many all-inclusive hotels in Mexico and the Caribbean and the food and drinks at this establishment were the best we've had. The hotel manager was always present, making rounds ensuring people were enjoying their stay. In fact, our son celebrated his birthday one night and the hotel staff provided a dairy-free cake (he's allergic to dairy) for his bday complete with candles! Lastly, the resort is beautifully and tastefully decorated. I greatly enjoyed walking around, taking in all the sights. The designers did an exceptional job making it feel very Greek island-esque with every nook and cranny having artwork or decorations.

We had the nicest time with Karin. Her (very) friendly dog joined us for breakfeast every morning. The rooms are big, and with the ac you have a cool retreat from the sun. The wiew is spectacular. The most beautifull sandy beach is just a walk away. We do reccommend hirering a car to get around, there is free parking at the hotel.
