This apartment was a real little gem that is run by the owner of the downstairs café/restaurant. It is very comfortable and has good amenities. Although it is in the middle of the village, it is very quiet at nights. The owner was very accommodating and friendly and helped us promptly with any issues and questions. The pool was great to relax in and to meet other people staying at the resort.

The hotel is very conveniently located, a minute's walk from the main street yet in a quiet and peaceful spot. There is parking and a large shaded terrace by our apartment. The hotel is well-maintained, and the owner is very kind and friendly. Highly recommended.

The property is situated on a hill with a stunning view of the sea and the mountains, conceived as a small village with several houses made of stone and a central courtyard with a swimming pool. The apartment we occupied was nice and clean with all the needed utensils to cook. The host was very nice in guiding us to the next village to buy groceries, and in indicating a very good fish restaurant on the beach (Taverna Aristodimos). Festos palace is 15 minutes away (11 Km) and that was the principal reason we made the trip (it is better to go in the afternoon, but not to late, in lack of visitors they close earlier). A few kilometers away is the Kalamaki beach, by strong winds impossible to swim because there are some stones and you can get hurt.
The stone-built Efrosini country villa-Anesis family is located in Kamilari. The air-conditioned accommodation is 2.3 km from Phaistos and 3 km from Komos, as well as 65 km from Heraklio Town.

Absolutely perfect stay! Maria, the host, is such an amazing and kind woman. Room was nice and cozy. Kitchen is small, but it has everything you need. Bathroom is freshly renovated with awesome marble like tiles. Bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. Location could not be better. 20 steps to the beach, and 30m to the awesome bakery and supermarket.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Beautiful house, nicely furnished with a lot of attention to the details. Spotless clean, everything was in perfect conditions. There is a washing machine in case you need and the kitchen is equipped with all you might need for cooking and living (including coffee, oil, sugar and some water). Zacharias welcomed us in person and left some fruits and things for breakfast, moreover we were gifted with their family raki and oil.
Definitely the perfect spot to spend some days in the area with the warmest hospitality.

We stayed for one night only but everything was superb. Clean and fresh sheets, very hospitable owner that runs a family restaurant/bar next doors to try local recipes for breakfast. Very nice style in the common area with a small pool/pond to add a fine touch.
The house was very cozy, and the owners are the most welcome family!! They presented us with a bunch of essential food in the fridge that really helped us, and even invited us for a family dinner in their house full of tradicional greek food!
