Nice location, super comfy and functional room with attention to important details such as nets at the windows. The room was cool despite the heat and minimised the need for air condition which was otherwise strong.

Everything was great. Spacious rooms that are cleaned every day. Breakfast solid. The beach is phenomenal. The staff is too kind. Recommendation for a stay, especially with children.

Room was sparkling clean but the ac units were old and one was out of order.
Breakfast was ok. We had dinner one night, food wasn’t good unfortunately.
The location is awesome though and the hotel although the facilities are old, is clean, well run and well maintained. Also the staff was very accommodating towards families with small children!
All in all, we’d most definitely stay here again if we are in Karystos.
all around trees and nice temperature. seeing full sunset from balcony and kitchen. easy and quick access to main seasides. completely noiceless. ideal for family with children, nice yard and garden. for price to value I give the maximum. nearby beach livadaki with 50cm water depth till 300m away from the beach is ideal for children learning swimming without the danger of drowning.
Beautiful house! Our family of 5 slept very comfortably and had our own space inside and outside. Both bedroom had walk out to balcony also walk out to spectacular view from the kitchen as well. Kitchen had coffee and sugar for us to enjoy in the morning while waiting for our kids to get ready. Wi-Fi was very good which meant kids were happy. Air-conditioned bedrooms and kitchen/extra bed & couches area. Had our own parking as well.
