    The place was clearly going through renovations and some of the room was not complete, but the price I paid I could see past that and I hope for a successful future for the owners, staff where very friendly and had a joke with us which made us feel at ease as i was slightly nervous being a lone female with two kids.

    We went to the hotel and the hotel rooms were totally filthy, they were not suitable for a family. and children horrible filthy mind please we want our money back since the poor hygienic conditions of this place did not allow us to stay there we have photos as proof

    Nothing says shite up the building this should be refund time the front door has a keycard that doesn’t work so several times we’re left stuck outdoors in rain and a man used our toilet as we we’re locked out in rain for bout 30 mins

    I wrote email to the assheton Arms Hotel, but there was no reply. I got there the hotel was not clean rubbish on floor, bed, smelling. I left immediately I told the receptionist to for a refund. But up till not no refund and even the £1 they collected from my debit card and they promise to refund it when i check out is still not refunded.
