The hotel was nice but really needs refurbished the room was needing decorated shower needing replaced, mould down the sides flooring needing replaced. Restaurant and bar also reqs decorated apart from that the hotel could be lovely

The view was exceptional. The caravan was clean. I loved the shower - powerful and the water was hot.

Great location over looking river and just 100m from sea. Good pub(Railway Inn) & Crusoe Hotel within 50m. Accessible safe sandy beach is 200m away great for kids to play & explore.
Please be aware that water quality at beach was rated POOR (not safe to bathe in). Not an issue in October.
