I really enjoyed the entire stay! Beautiful house, with clean rooms/bathrooms. They checked in with us if everything was okay. The island is georgeous and they had great advice in what is fun to do there!

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Absolutely everything!!!!! Beautiful hotel, wonderful plush decor, lovely energy, spectacular views, amazing coffee machine and most of all, Shaley & Peter are the most wonderful, warm hearted, fun hosts who just make you feel like family. Cannot wait to go back!
Particularly liked the fact we had our own private ( very luxurious) bathroom which was separate from the room, so a bit more privacy from the other person hearing everything.
So many thoughtful little details added everywhere.
The location is amazing. The ferry is two seconds away,( £17/ family of four to Mull. )
The communal area , kitchen and dining area is fully equipped , the atmosphere is always nice.
Friendly, small family run business. Very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here. Restaurant not far has amazing food and is very close to ferry over to Isle of Mull.
The house is in a spectacular location, quiet, but close to Lochaline. It was warm, clean, uncluttered and generally very well equipped. There was ample parking and the hosts were very informative and provided a good quality travel cot and bedding for the baby.
January was my second stay! My first stay was with my two children, 20 and 18 they LOVED every minute as did I. We will forever go to the Amazing "Basecamp" I can't praise The beautiful amazing staff/place enough!! " LOVE LOVE LOVE" Will be booking up asap!! This year and every year after !! TAKE CARE STAFF!!!! Yooz are truly AMAZING/FRIENDLY/BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE .❤✌🤗
Spotless room with lovely view, had an amazing bath and wonderful local toiletries - that was something that is nice - Lochaline uses local produce. The hair dryer in my room looked like it may take 3 business days to dry my hair because it was small but I was actually delighted with how powerful it was! Shaley, Peter and extended Family could not have done more to make me feel welcome.
Property finished for high standards and kept all over high level of cleanliness, well equipped kitchen. Shower are lovely!
Easily adjustable temperature for the house and hot water. Great for families, really cool boards games in the cabinet, and even a binocular which keeps the kids entertained in the mornings :)
Brilliant, well equipped cottage with amazing views and a lovely quiet location. Sarah and her family were very friendly and helpful and had even arranged wonderful weather! Would highly recommend for a relaxing trip. There is also a ferry about 3 miles away that you can catch to go to Mull. Nice outside seating area and parking. Lovely to sit and watch the seals and all the various boats, ferries etc travelling through the Sound of Mull,
